22 Pounds Lost My First Month
A short time ago a friend claimed he had lost 60 pounds in just a couple months using a relatively simple process and unique product. I've been a truck driver since 1983 and have put on a ton of weight over the years. I've had trouble getting my blood under 140/90 and the DOT doctor wanted me to take blood pressure medicine. he claimed my problem was from being overweight.
As of this morning my BP was 113/64 and I have watched it get lower every day since we started our healthier lifestyle. I have also consistently lost 1 pound a day, except for a few days where I didn't follow the program exactly because we were traveling. We most likely didn't drink enough water since we wanted to cut down on bathroom breaks. When I started my weight was 221 and approximately 26 days later my weight is 199 pounds, 22 pounds lost.
My wife has high blood sugar issues and was on 3 different diabetes medications when she started. Her blood sugar would consistently range around 3-400 or higher when the optimal range is between 80 to 120. The first day her BS dropped to 140 and today is 133, a significant change. The doctor told her she can stop taking 1 of the medications immediately and she is working on dropping the second medicine. She was told keep doing what she's doing. She has lost 10 pounds. She cheated a bit more than myself, but it was also explained to us that women lose weight a little slower than men. Sorry gals.
Of course we have only started and still have a ways to go but I'm certain we will get there. We both feel fantastic and are extremely motivated. We also have more energy than we have had in years.

During the month of October I traveled to ME and MA for 2 weeks and did
not use the diet plan but I did implement the lifestyle changes and was careful with portion control and even walked 2 to 4 miles per day a few times per week. On October 20 my weight was 193 and my BP was 116/67. So far I've lost 30 pounds and feel great!
We went off the diet over Thanksgiving for a couple days and watched
what and how much we consumed and kept the weight off except a couple pounds. Update as of this writing I'm weighing in at 175 pounds and feel
fantastic . Total weight loss to date is 46 pounds.
